The Import Process

STEP 1

Inquiry

Tell us the make, model, year, budget and any specific features you want. Our team notes down your exact requirements to begin the search.

STEP 2

We Search For Your Vehicle

We tap into our trusted network of auctions and dealers in Japan, Singapore, the UK and Australia to find a vehicle matching your criteria.

STEP 3

Pricing Discussion

Once we find a suitable match, we share the vehicle details, photos, inspection/auction sheet, and pricing then agree on a final price together.

STEP 4

Customer Payment (Freight Cost)

You make payment to secure the vehicle. Minimum accepted payment is 60% of the freight cost, or you can pay the full amount upfront.

STEP 5

Shipping & Waiting Period

Once payment is confirmed, your vehicle is shipped to Kenya. Transit typically takes around 60 days, depending on origin and port schedules. We keep you updated throughout.

STEP 6

Arrival & Port Charges

Once the vehicle arrives at the Port of Mombasa, the client settles the remaining costs before clearance.
