The GR Sport variant introduces Gazoo Racing motorsport styling and handling upgrades over the standard Hilux. Exterior changes include a dedicated black "TOYOTA" mesh front grille, body-colored wheel arch overfenders, red GR brake calipers, black 18-inch GR-designed alloy wheels, a black rear sports bar, and subtle GR Sport badging. Mechanically, the 2.4L GR Sport features a specially tuned suspension with stiffened springs and red monotube shock absorbers, improving steering feedback and body roll management without sacrificing payload capacity. Inside, the cabin features suede and leather combination sport seats with red stitching and embroidered GR logos, a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel with paddle shifters, aluminum pedals, a red engine start/stop button, and GR animations on the instrument cluster.
