2017 Nissan Patrol Nismo

The 2017 Nissan Patrol Nismo (Y62 Series) is a high-performance executive flagship SUV developed specifically for the Middle East by Nissan’s motorsport division, Nismo. It blends track-inspired aerodynamic tuning, hand-built V8 power, and luxury 7-seater practicality, giving the iconic "King of the Off-Road" a distinct performance personality. On the outside, the Patrol Nismo features zero-lift aerodynamic bodywork engineered by Nismo aerodynamicists. Visual signatures include a bold honeycomb front grille, signature Nismo red accent striping along the lower body skirts, modified front splitters and rear diffusers, dual exhaust tips, and 22-inch lightened RAYS forged aluminum alloy wheels. Under the hood, it is powered by a 5.6-liter (5,552cc) naturally aspirated VK56VD V8 engine, hand-tuned by Nissan's master Takumi engine craftsmen. The engine delivers 428 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission and an All-Mode 4WD system. To handle the power, the chassis features custom-tuned Bilstein performance shock absorbers, stiffer anti-roll bars, and recalibrated steering to reduce body roll and improve high-speed stability.
